This dry white has balanced acidity with distinctive aromas and flavors, fermented in stainless steel in small batches pressed from 1-3 tons of grapes.

The nose begins with rose petals, strawberry and baking spices. On the palate, fresh raspberry and cranberry meld into flavors of black tea and deeper, woodsy-blackberry creating a complex, textural mouthfeel. Black cherry, sous bois and a hint of tobacco lead into the long mineral finish.
The palate is soft and round with ripe, saturated berry flavors. Finishes spicy and full with chewy tannins.
The more northern area in the Norgard vineyard is less floral, but more mIneral, probably a result of heavier more hillside soils.
