Bink Wines
Bink Wines is one of my favorite new brands here in Mendocino County. Founded in 2003, Bink Wines is a dream of partners Deb Schatzlein and Cindy Paulson, two women with a passion for hand-crafted, elegant wines. A visit to Mendocino County’s Anderson Valley in 1994 created the dream, and in 1999 they planted their first Syrah and Merlot vines for Hawks Butte Vineyard in the Yorkville Highlands. Bink Wines produces Sauvignon Blanc, Syrah, Pinot Noir and Merlot, all with grapes from the Yorkville Highlands appellation. The winery is small and will continue to be as Deb and Cindy are committed to living by their words “dream big, act now, love life.”
