Recognizing the exceptional quality of the fruit, Rich Parducci's family began working with the Chase family nearly five decades ago and selected this vineyard to make McNab Ridge’s inaugural Zinfandel in 2002.

Medium bodied and with a nicely gripping texture, this wine is leaner than many, revealing mineral and chalk flavors along with light floral, green-apple and white-pepper nuances. It's lively and different, and should get more complex with age

The acid draws a clear focused line across the palate reminiscent of the Old World, with firm tannins marking it Californian. It has aromas of cherries and red fruits surely to delight any meal.
