Returns & Cancellations
No returns will be accepted without a receipt or invoice.
SIP Mendocino must be notified within 30 days from date of the in-store purchase or 30 days from date of delivery.
If you suspect the bottle is bad, simply put the cork back in the bottle and leave the wine in as well; we cannot take back any empty bottles. We will replace or refund you for any bottle of wine that is damaged, flawed or that the customer finds unsatisfactory. By law, we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages unless the product is corked, or flawed. We are also unable to accept return of wine that was damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment, or wine that is ordered in error.

SIP Mendocino will arrange to have the package picked up and returned to us immediately for inspection. Once the package is returned to us, we will inspect the contents and then send out a replacement package to you. For this reason, it is vital that you let us know of any error immediately to ensure the fastest delivery of your new shipment. Please re-pack the wine and send it to 'SIP Mendocino, 13420 South Highway 101, Hopland, CA 95449'. Please include a copy of the original sales receipt with the package.
A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all canceled orders.
