We're open 7 days a week, so you can sample the best of Mendocino County with 6 different wines on our rotating tasting and wine by the glass menu. For thousands of years the Pomo people have lived in this beautiful valley they call the Sanel (sha-nel). At the historic Fairbairn Ranch in Hopland, the last hop kiln built in Mendocino County overlooks 22 acres of Syrah planted in 1994. Our Vineyard is farmed self-sufficiently, free of pesticides and chemical, and is certified Biodynamic® by the Demeter Association. In this way, we hope to honor the history and natural beauty of this special place. We hope you enjoy our Fairbairn Ranch Syrah.

Parducci 2014 Coro Mendocino Blend: 64% Zinfandel, 16% Petite Sirah, 15% Syrah and 5% Grenache.
Smooth and delicious, this boasts enticing scents of violet, berry, leather...The radiant, elegant palate offers ripe red cherry, crushed raspberry, white pepper and...notes of pipe tobacco closes the finish.
...Joel Gott 815 Cabernet Sauvignon from Napa has aromas of blackberry and cherry with hints of vanilla and spice. The wine opens with dark, concentrated fruit flavors, followed by firm tannins on the mid-palate, and a long finish.
Deep garnet in color, this wine has aromas of black fruits and cedar which compliment the dusty herb and spicy berry flavors in this mouth filling vintage. DOUBLE GOLD Medal Winner!
