The 2018 Rivino Estate Pinot Blanc is a crowd-pleasing white wine, well-balanced and flavorful. Pinot Blanc is an incredibly versatile Alsace varietal, rarely seen as a single-varietal bottling. On the nose is a subtle song of the tropics, with pineapple and exotic flowers. On the mouth is fresh fruit, and lively acid – Meyer lemons, juicy peaches, raspberry, and kiwi. This wine is an amazing choice for seafood of all stripes – we especially love it with freshly-shucked oysters.
