This wonderful sparkling wine is approximately 60% Chardonnay and 40% Pinot Noir.  Full malolactic style adds a vanilla crème character producing a round and full-bodied wine.  Notes of freshly baked bread & pastry enhance the more fruit forward style of the wine.  Resulting in a long finish of delicious vanilla caramel cream.
