On the palate, fresh flavors of white peach, lychee and tropical fruit dominate. Soft hints of honey and toasted pine nuts bring an added layer of complexity and texture to the mid-palate.
The more northern area in the Norgard vineyard is less floral, but more mIneral, probably a result of heavier more hillside soils.
100% Garganega. Very clean and with notes of dry fruits such as almonds. Rich and elegant.
The Waits-Mast Pinot Noir, Mendocino County is a select blend of different barrels from our vineyard designate wines.
65% Riesling, 30% Pinot Gris and 5% Muscat. Cuvee Blanc, also known as Gentil, is a historical blend of the “noble” grapes of Alsace. This wine opens with a nose of tropical and stone fruits, with aromas of guava and apricot. On the palate, Key lime and meringue. There is a flinty-peach minerality with just enough sweetness to balance the focused acidity, creating a mouth-coating and mouth-watering finish.
Husch’s 2016 Sauvignon Blanc is an instant classic. Lively aromas of lemon, lime, melon, pineapple guava, star fruit, grass, and gooseberry burst from the glass. The wine is crisp and refreshing with flavors that mimic the aromas.
