Saint Gregory Brut is crafted using the traditional bottle fermented technique from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes grown in the beautiful high elevation Potter Valley near the headwaters of the Russian River in Mendocino County.

Bright aromas of Lychee, grapefruit, and tropical citrus on the approach. On the palate, undertones of mace and nutmeg give way to a Juicy-Fruit flavor. This wine has a savory element, with a subtle salinity that elongate the mouthwatering finish. Classic Albariño spicy minerality.
The wine is 100% Carignane from Redwood Valley, a 50/50 blend of two vineyards, the Lolonis Family Vineyard and the Martinson Ranch.
Husch’s 2016 Sauvignon Blanc is an instant classic. Lively aromas of lemon, lime, melon, pineapple guava, star fruit, grass, and gooseberry burst from the glass. The wine is crisp and refreshing with flavors that mimic the aromas.

The Bee compromises of roughly 35% Muscat Canelli (a.k.a Muscat Blanc, Moscato Bianco), 35% Friulano, 20% Arneis, and 10% Cortese. Aromatics of spicy wildflowers, wet river rocks, green papaya, peach, honey,
salty air, and alpine freshness. The mouthfeel is lean and linear with just a kiss of mid palate weight and
texture before a vibrant acid driven finish.
True to its growing season, our 2014 Dundee Hills is a medium-deep garnet color, with a dark core.
Old vine co-fermented blend with 60% Carignan, 20% Grenache, and 20% Cabernet Souvignon.
