100% Malbec. Subtle, barely ripe strawberry, peach pit, and citrus notes. Coming in at just 12.9% alcohol, and reminiscent of a classic Provencal Rose', it is engaging and satisfying yet light on its feet.
50% Grenache , 40% Cinsault, 10% Syrah. Aged in stainless tanks
55% Grenache, 30% Cinsault, 15% Syrah. Fleurs de Prairis is a pale salmon color with delicate flavors of strawberry, rose petals, and herbs.
The fruit from both the Carignane and Zinfandel is balanced and beaming with bright flavors at lower sugars, allowing me to harvest at lower sugars and retain the lovely natural acidity, vibrant red fruits and floral notes. By gently pressing whole clusters, extraction is very delicate, allowing her soft pretty nature to shine through.
Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault blend. Crispy and fresh mouth with a good balance between alcohol and acidity, and a sweet nish.
A intriguing blend of 40% Arneis, 30% Dolocetto, 15% Barbera, and 15% Nebbiolo.
Notes of finger limes, fresh raspberry, and young red apple accompany, along with a hint of aromatic white flowers.
